When you purchase a course, you are purchasing access to digital educational content and related services made available through the platform.

Course content is provided for personal or internal business learning use only unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Where required by applicable consumer law, consumers may have statutory rights, including withdrawal rights for distance contracts.

However, by purchasing and starting access to digital course content or digital services, you expressly request immediate performance/access and acknowledge that, where permitted by law, this may result in the loss of your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

For that reason, refunds are not offered once course access has been granted and performance has begun, except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
